## Narrative

Injured was kicking with his foot a 8""x8""x3' crib block under a fifth wheel trailer so he could un hook it from a prime mover truck. He missed the crib block with one of his kicks and felt a sharp pain in his left knee falling to the ground and laying there until he received help to get up. Employee started missing work on December 14th 2010
