## Narrative

Handing channel to the roof bolter and he cut the palm of his right hand on the edge of the channel. He was wearing gloves. He continued to work without medical attention until 12/31/10. On Friday 12/31/10 he received nine sutures to close the wound. No time from work was missed. He was working as a CMO at the time of the incident.
