Narrative

Employee notified company on 10/28/2010 that he had been diagnosed with a triple hernia by his physician. There was no incident & no indication that injury occurred at work. At the request of the employee, the claim was filed with Alaska Workers Compensation and they determine don 01/05/2011 that the hernias may be attributable to his work because he has a physically demanding job.
