## Narrative

Employee was performing maintenance near the silo at the area known as Rt. 309 Water Treatment.  Employee went to step with his right foot near the edge of the water discharge stream and his right foot sunk in causing employee to lose his balance and fall to his knee(s).  Employee's 17"" muck boots filled with treated lime water causing burns on his feet.
