Injured ee met with foreman prior to going to plant to assist in removing shaker guard to replace drive belts injured ee told foreman that morning that his back hurt he though that it was possible his kidneys, but he would be able to work the day. just after removing guard, EE now claims he strained back in same area of initial pain.
