Narrative

Repairman was repairing a feeder conveyor chain. He was driving the keeper back on the pin when a piece of the tool he was using as a punch flew off and went into his left lower thigh. He recieved 3 stitches and has not missed any work due to this accident. The piece of steel that went onto his leg was approx. 1/2"" X 1/4"" X 1/4"".
