## Narrative

The shuttle car started to leave the face area and as he trammed the car about 3 to 4 feet, the tires started to spin. During this time the injured employee stepped between the car and miner when the shuttle car backed up to try and free the tires. At this time the bumper of the car struck the injured employee's right leg between the bumper of the car and the bumper of the miner.
