INJURED WALKED AROUND BACK OF LOADER, WENT TO STEP UP AND HIS FOOT SLIPPED, CAUSING INJURED TO FALL BACKWARDS OFF THE MACHINE, HITTING HIS HEAD AND BACK ON THE GROUND.
