## Narrative

EE was walking down a flight of stairs at the primary crusher, when he felt something ""give"" behind his knee. He was diagnosed with a left calf strain and returned to work with restricted duty.  This incident is being reported January 19, 2011 which is within 10 days of seeking medical attention.
