## Narrative

Employee was working under and inside CAT 793 haul truck frame attempting to loosen hose connection with wrench. Hose fitting broke loose resulting in wrench hitting employee on lip. Laceration to lip and broken tooth resulted in stitches and dental work. No lost time or restrictions resulted.
