## Narrative

Roof Bolter operator was going to spot a bolt on the shear of the 3-Rt crosscut. As the employee was swinging out the head of the roof bolter, the rib rolled off striking the employee on his back and the back of his right arm resulting in a cut to the back of his arm which required 6(six) stitches to close the wound.
