## Narrative

Miner using 6yd elphinstone loader, enclosed cab with air conditioning, mucking rock from the face.  Suspected inhalation of ammonia gas. Miner went to clinic and received prescription inhalers for treatment. This was not reported to management until 01/18/2011.
