## Narrative

While working on a tractor and climbing down missed a step falling about 6 inches and landing hard on his right leg. His right knee gave out and he felt a sharp pain. X-rays revealed no fractures or dislocations and he was released to the care of his own physician. Began missing work 1/24/2011 after an MRI revealed a medial and lateral tear of the right meniscus.
