## Narrative

Injured was walking around to the front of a twin head roof bolting machine when he slipped on loose coal spillage and caught himself on the tray of the roof bolter. When installing subsequent roof bolts he felt a pain in his right shoulder. Employee finished the shift but has not returned to work.
