Employee was striking down on a 1"" bolt trying to dislodge another bolt using a 8lb. sledge hammer. The bolt he was trying to remove was a tank mounting bolt on the Pod Duster #2. When he swung down, his hand hit the side of the tank resulting in a fracture and laceration.
