## Narrative

EE was removing rocks out of scalping screen, one rock became stuck between the screen wall and the top cover to the scalping screen.  While tugging on the rock it became loose smashing the EE's left index finger against the 1/4 inch steel top cover plate causing injury to the employee's left index finger.
