## Narrative

Employee had just finished cutting the hinge pin located between the boom and pivot turn table. He backed up from between the cutter turn table and boom and slipped and fell backwards to the floor. He used his hand to brace his fall and his left wrist and hand started swelling. Doctor found positive fracture.
