Narrative

EE was in the process of taking the wheel unit bolts out of a shuttle car he was using a impact wrench and 3/4"" Allen plug to loosen the bolts someone had placed a nail were the dow pin went to hold the plug in the socket and he started the impact wrench and it caught his glove on his right hand and caused a laceration requiring 4 sutures to close the wound.
