Hearing screams for help looked up and saw coworker on fire. Ran to him from ground up 1 level and began snuffing flames with gloved hands, then grabbed victim's coat and snuffed the flames with it. Took off gloves in process and as a result 3 fingers and thumb on left hand received burns because melted polyester stuck to them.
