Employee stated he was experiencing bilateral CTS symptoms and Left Shoulder pain which he felt were work related. Employee was evaluated by Yampa Works, and based on the new WC guidelines for cumulative/repetitive trauma, this claim was accepted as an OI claim. Employee had surgery on his left shoulder and wrist 2/3/2011. He will have surgery on the right wrist in 2-3 weeks.
