Narrative

EE was in the process of removing a motor base bolt. The 24"" crescent wrench slipped off the nut and struck EE's right hand. EE went to receive medical attention due to the amount of pain he was in. Luckily there was not broken bones or stitches required. The Doctor put EE on restricted duty; no lifting items greater than 5 pounds.
