## Narrative

Laceration to tip of right ring finger.  One man was installing plates on upper side of beams while injured worker was guiding bolts on plates into bolt hole on beams.  Threads on a bolt caught the finger of the employee and pulled it into the bolt hole causing injury to the finger. Laceration required one stitch.  Employee returned to full duty the same day.
