## Narrative

EE complained of back pain while at work. After being seen in the ER & reviewing the x-ray of his thoracolumbar spine it was determined he suffered from mile anterior osterophytes that were causing undue pain to his back. He was taken off work by a panel physician on 2/7/11. This is medical disorder that led to his condition & is being reported as an occupational illness.
