## Narrative

Employee was climbing down into the feeder that was being installed into #2 conveyor tunnel.  The 4' ""A"" frame ladder slipped from under him and he hit his right elbow and right shoulder.  His left knee was reported as sore due to walking on even surfaces during this project.
