Narrative

The injured employee was roof bolting, while in the process of swinging in to put the middle bolt up a piece of rock fell and struck his left hand. This accident bruised his left hand. He was released to come back to work and continued working until 2/14/2011. On 2/15/2011 he started missing work due to swelling in his hand.
