Narrative

Employee was releasing air pressure from an end dump tire when the vapors caused him to start coughing. He started sneezing approx 1 hour later. During the sneezing he started to spit up blood. He reported this incident two days later. Doctor determined the vapors triggered the coughing and sneezing irritating his sinuses causing the blood.
