Narrative

Employee was preparing to wash underflow pipe from F2 to F5 and walked around screen box. The gasket failed and he was splashed by caustic solution. He was contacted on head, face and upper torso. DAP was applied immediately. Only body part that needed additional treatment was his eyes.
