## Narrative

Employee was using 20 lb sledge hammer to remove mill door.  He picked up a door jack (weighing 5-6 lbs) with right hand.  As he set it down, his right elbow would not straighten.  (Did not become reportable until 2/18/2011 when he had surgery to remove a loose body in his elbow.)
