Narrative

Unhooking lowboy from locomotive while pulling pin from draw bar the pin moved pinching the end of left ring finger. Cause of this injury was safety awareness of the employee. Compliance with rules/regs not a factor, ppe was worn so not a factor, miner proficiency a factor.
