## Narrative

The section mechanic had completed repairing the water supply line to the continuous miner which was located in the #4 right crosscut. As he was traveling through the crosscut to the #5 heading to return his tools to a personnel carrier he tripped on a rock measuring 2.5 x 5 x 6 inches and injured his left knee area.
