Narrative

The employee was helping change out some old belt. While they where trying to pull the belt together to put a pin in it, he felt something pop in his shoulder. The employee continued to work with pain until an MRI could be done. The MRI showed a tear in the rotator cuff. The employee started to miss work on 2/25/2011.
