## Narrative

Employee & partner just got done hanging wire, and getting ready to move the mucker. As employee was walking by, his partner was just closing the door on the mucker, and it got the employee's left #2 finger in the door, resulting in an avulsion, which required 13 sutures & xray showed a fracture to the #2 finger. He was not released to work.
