## Narrative

On 12/13/2010, the employee was operating a continuous miner, and he stated that he went to lift a bucket of miner bits and felt a pain in his left shoulder. He later tried to pry a rock off the continuous miner and the pain got worse. He continued working, a MRI was done on 2/22/11 which showed a torn labrum. The IE had surgery on 2/28/2011.
