AT APPROX. 2:45 AM ON THE MORNING OF 03/08/11 THE AIR BRAKE VALVE THAT OPENS AND CLOSES THE BRAKES ON THE HOIST FAILED. THE REPAIR TOOK APPROX. 50 MINUTES.
