The employee stated that while he was walking down the belt line carrying a rake, a rock fell, striking him on top of the head and knocking him down to the ground. He sustained abrasions down both arms, right side of head, left side of upper back and lacerations to left index finger. He received 3 sutures to close a wound on his left index finger.
