## Narrative

While wearing gloves, employee was lifting drill steel vertically when it slipped through his hands.  Employee then tightened his grip stopping the downward momentum of the slipping steel.  He then felt a ""twinge"" in his back, released his grip, letting the steel slide through his hands to the ground.  Employee then repositioned himself and lifted the steel into place.
