## Narrative

Employee was removing the mounting plate for kiln 4's O2 analyser.  He was using his left hand to hold the socket end of the wrench in place and his right to turn the socket wrench in an upward motion.  As he attempted to turn the socket wrench, he felt a pop in his left shoulder and immediately reported the accident.
