Narrative

While reaching across bolter to get a roof bolt a rock fell between the rib bolt and center bolt striking him on the back of his hard hat, pushing his face down onto a roof bolt head that was laying on the bolter. He received 8 sutures on the center of his forehead and a broken nose.
