On 6 Mar. 2011, at approximately 11:00 AM, individual stated that he felt discomfort in his eye. His efforts to remove the dust particle were unsuccessful. On the following day the dust particle was still in his eye. On the evening of 7 Mar. he went to the WY Medical Center and was referred to his ophthalmologist. Procedure to remove particle makes this incident reportable.
