Narrative

A roof fall occurred in the #9 seam in the 3rd East Sub-Mains at the #3 crosscut in the pillar line between the #4 and #5 entries. The fall measured approximately 20'x18'x6'. Water and an undetected slip were determined to be the cause of the fall.
