Narrative

EE was assisting while placing tailgate cover, the cover slid and as he attempted to get out of the way he fell against the rib with his right hand causing a fracture to the right wrist. EE con't. to work until 3/12/11 when he went to the hospital and was diagnosed with a fracture to his right wrist.
