## Narrative

One employee stopped and ""locked out"" the belt. EE went up the catwalk to inspect the head section. EE noticed a trough idler out of place & proceeded to put it back into it's framework. The other EE had finished his inspection took off his lock and ""bumped"" the conveyor. When the conveyor started EE's hand rolled between the trough idler and belt.
