## Narrative

The employee was attempting to remove a cylinder from an outrigger of a smag drill. When he loosened the cap screw holding the inner leg to the cylinder, the entire inner leg of the outrigger fell. The employees left ring finger was smashed between the ratchet he was using and the ground.
