## Narrative

Injured employee was attaching steel pipe hangers to railcar. Employee's middle finger on right hand was caught in between the hanger and the muck car. The upper tip of his finger was split open, requiring several sutures. The tip of bone in this finger had a ""hairline"" fracture.
