## Narrative

Employee was sent to replace the blower motor for the west air slide system.  He was tightening down the set screws on the taper-lock when his right hand slipped hitting an angle iron guard bracket.  He cut the top side of his right hand.  He was seen by a doctor where they put 5 sutures in the cut.  He was put on restricted duty until 4/1/2011.
