## Narrative

Employee was working on the conveyor belts cleaning them stooped over for about 15 - 20 minutes on a tight, somewhat confined space. When he was done, he went to step back and off. He twisted his back and felt a sharp pain in his lumbar region. Another employee helped him off the belt. Referred to US Healthworks for medical review; released to light duty.
