Narrative

The IE stated that he was walking from the # 2 entry to the # 1 entry to hang danger flags for an area that was going to become a blow through. As he was walking through the 2-1 xc, he was struck in the face by a piece of rock. The rock was approximately 1 1/2' wide x 2 1/2' long x 2"" thick. He received sutures to close a wound on the his nose and upper lip.
