## Narrative

EE was injured when the concrete hose he was using to place concrete with surged due to an air pocket in the line. The end of the line where he was at jumped to the side hitting him on his ankle. He was taken to the hospital where they determined his ankle was broken. They put a cast on and sent him home. He has been released again for light duty work at this time.
