Has a history of rt knee problems. On 2/21/11 he was raking leaves at home, injured his rt knee and was away from work until 3/14/11. On 3/22/11 while performing normal work duties the ee again felt pain in his rt knee and was taken off work on 3/23/11. Due to a history of rt. knee problems and the away from work injury on 2/21/11 we determine this to be an occupational illness.
