Narrative

EE was loading piece of screen onto the CM. The previous crew made the x-cut connection and the aux. fan was powered down. The slider tube was fully extended and the inby end was secured with a tube rope. The screen caught the outby end of the slider tube and it fell 2' striking the top of the EE's hardhat. The EE was conscious and transported to the hospital.
